Yesterday Kameni and Deilen started Kindergarten. I can't believe how the last 5 years have flown by. They were so excited and had a hard time getting to sleep. Kaymin started a week before them and it has been such a long week. They were really excited when they woke up this morning knowing they get to go again. They are use to only going twice a week with preschool. They can't believe they get to go everyday that Kaymin goes. They were so cute and Deilen thought he was big enough to not have me walk him in...but he was wrong. I was going to do it anyway. They ended up with the same teacher, which I requested, and the one that I loved. I didn't care which one they got, but I just knew if they got the same teacher, it would mean same homework, same set of rules. Their teacher was so excited to have twins in her class since she never has before. I had to break the news to her that they are not twins, but she said she is going to count it anyway since they are siblings. Deilen told us that he is going to take really good care of Kameni and won't let anyone be mean to her. He is a very protective big brother and Kameni really needs someone like him. She acts like she is 3 and loves to be babied. So far they both love school and I have found a new bit of freedom. It is hard to believe that Gerrit and I have a couple of hours every morning. He is loving having me all to himself. Lucky for me, he loves to go places. I plan on doing all of my errands during that time. Before I know it, he will be in school too.
As we waited for the bell to ring I took these pictures. I took one of some of their Kindergarten friends: Rylee, Maddie (1st grade), and Evan.

Oh, Mrs. Argyle! I miss her! Jaxon had her at Freedom and then she went back to Country View. Tell her hi for me.
