Last Saturday, Deilen and Kameni graduated from preschool. We had such a busy day with things back to back from 7 am to 9pm. It was so just sit and watch something that I enjoyed so much. Teacher Vicki did such a wonderful job and it was so fun to watch. I was video taping and Blake snapped these pictures while trying to watch Gerrit. My mom was there and I think she might have gotten some really good pictures that I will have to add later. Each one had to memorize a nursery rhyme and of course, Kameni's had to be one I've never heard of, Pussy Cat, Pussy Cat. Deilen had Little Boy Blue. Both had them memorized and done a terrific job.
They sang and danced and it was so much fun. I am so happy that I had my video camera. But of course, I didn't check the batteries in either camera, so both cameras died, but I think I got most of what I wanted anyway. Teacher Vicki gave each of them a bag full of goodies that included: a diploma, squeeze it, and Skittles. I already have Gerrit on her waiting list for 2012 that will be here before I know it.
