Okay, so I have been a little behind...or maybe just really busy. Last year as we redone our backyard, we decided to bury our trampoline. It has been a mess ever since with water and mosquito's. We hit the table water and even though we have a drain, we constantly have standing water under it. We even put 2 feet of gravel at the bottom and raised it up on those castle bricks, but still it didn't do any good. If the kids just too high, they hit the water. It is especially funny for the adults who decide they want to jump and end up drenched (Eric). Anyway, about a week ago, Kameni, our curious monkey found out that if she moved the tramp pad she could stick her watering can under it and fill it up. Then she figured out if she kicked the castle rocks that they would fall in the water and she could stick her feet in it. See, we never fully finished it because we couldn't figure out the water problem. Kameni soon began showing all of the neighbor kids and I was constantly worried that one of the neighbor kids or my own were going to fall under the tramp and I would never know it. On Tuesday, I was on my walk and a neighbor of mine was putting in a RV pad and there was a pile of sod. My friend that I walk with, Sarah, asked them what they were going to do with it, because I was being a scardy cat, and they told me that Jen, the owner was just going to have it thrown out. So I came home and called her since she was at work and picked up the sod plus a truck and half full of dirt/grass mixture. We moved our tramp the next morning to find green moss and tons of toys. The next day I hauled all of that in the hole and realized that I didn't even put a dent in the hole. We ended up ordering a dump truck load of fill dirt on Friday and Blake and I hauled dirt by wheelbarrow in the pouring rain from 9am to 8:30pm. Needless to say, our hole is now finally buried, however, it made such a sloppy mess from the dirt being poured in the water and it raining. The next few days will be nice and hopefully it should dry out so we can finish what we started.

Also on Saturday, I joined a food co-op called
Bountiful Baskets. It originally started in Arizona (Jessica you need to seriously look into this). It is a basket full of fruits and vegetables at a wholesale rate. They do a delivery in Utah every other week. You have to order online by the previous Wednesday by 10pm. The cost is $15 plus a $1.50 handling fee. I can't believe all of the stuff I got and our family has been eating it up.

You can also order other things as well. I took a chance and ordered the Italian food kit and got all of this for an extra $7.50. It was so fun. It was like Christmas all over again because you have no idea what you are getting. Someone said they went home and weighed it and it came out to $.58/pound. I am really excited for the next time. The pick up locations they currently have in Utah are Clearfield (7am), Roy (7:30am), and Brigham City (8am). I hear they are going to add another one in Ogden. In Arizona, they have a ton of different ones. If you want to try it, ordering begins on the Tuesday before delivery. So for those in Utah, on May 12th.
